Simply connect your Strava account, select an activity, and customize your overlay with various templates, colors, and stats. Once you're happy with the design, you can download it as a transparent PNG ready to share on Instagram or other platforms.

Yes! FitnessOverlays is completely free to use. We believe in making fitness visualization accessible to everyone.

We only request access to your Strava activities (read-only). We never modify your activities or access any other personal information. Your privacy is important to us.

To completely disconnect FitnessOverlays from your Strava account, you need to revoke access in your Strava settings:

1. Go to your Strava account settings
2. Navigate to "My Apps"
3. Find FitnessOverlays in the list
4. Click "Revoke Access"

Note: Simply logging out of FitnessOverlays only ends your session but doesn't revoke the app's access to your Strava data.

Yes! You can customize various aspects of your overlays including colors, fonts, stats displayed, and layout. We're constantly adding new customization options based on user feedback.
